Greetings in the precious Name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
We at CCMI are blessed to inform you that Pastor Abraham has just returned safely on 20th of August by the grace of God from US after completing his 2 month and twenty days long missions trip. He traveled extensively in the state of California and few other states visiting different Calvary Chapels sharing God’s word and about the ministry. The fellowship at Calvary Chapel Eluru, India missed him and his teachings on Sundays. But praise God, that Pastor Stephen; his eldest son led the congregation with Spirit-filled wisdom and knowledge in his absence. Even though he had the opportunity to accompany his father to US, he postponed the trip for the cause to look after the flock. The fellowship had arranged a thanksgiving prayer meeting upon his arrival of pastor Abraham on Thursday, the 24th august for the glory of God. All the pastors working in the CCMI ministry, traveled and came from different places in India attended the reception ceremony greeted and wished pastor Abraham for his endeavor in missions. In the end we all had a delicious fellowship feast. It was a time of great fellowship in the Lord!! And the teaching of the word of God in that occasion enriched the spiritual lives of the congregation and pastors and really it was a blessing for them. Pastor Abraham expounded the scripture portion from 1Peter 2:9.
With the regard to the ministry activities,
The church-planting ministry is progressing day by day and the churches are being planted in different parts of the country.
Bible College is in full swing training and equipping natives to evangelize the perishing masses in India. All other activities like helping widows, orphans and all other related social concerns are being taken care off by the ministry. We appeal to brothers and sisters those who have common concern for the perishing souls (we need to be reminded that 1/6th of the whole world’s population are here in India constantly perishing without Jesus) may join hands with us and strengthen us to reach the unreached in India for Christ.
